Andrea Listenberger is a Los Angeles-based writer, narrative designer, and director. Born between a cow and a corn field in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Andrea soon bored of the cow and started following her family around with a video camera.
Following a decade of work in the film and television industry, Andrea found an unexpected home in video games and professional wrestling, working as a writer and narrative designer for the WWE2K franchise. With four shipped titles to her name to date, Andrea has crafted four longform storylines for the yearly MyRISE mode (including the well-reviewed women’s division stories “The Legacy,” and “Unleashed”, and the latest story in the franchise, “Mutiny” for WWE2K25). In 2024, she originated the format for the franchise’s new online, serialized story mode dubbed “The Island,” delivering five chapters of main story content, and two special story expansions – including the Wyatt Sicks story “What’s Left Behind.”

Prior to WWE2K, Andrea worked on a wide variety of projects as a director, story producer, and writer. Her credits include WWE television programming, and numerous docu-series and pilots for VH1, TBS, USA, MTV, Travel Channel, and Cooking Channel (to name a few).
When not writing complimentary bios about herself, Andrea enjoys sampling local nachos, watching classic screwball films from the 1930s, and writing and performing sketch comedy. She is definitely a Rhoda.
